By accessing or using PropReel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PropReel is an AI-powered platform that converts property photos into cinematic walkthrough videos. Users purchase credits to generate videos using third-party AI models.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate videos. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. All purchases are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf.
Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed to generate videos are non-refundable. If generation fails due to a technical error on our end, credits are automatically refunded to your account. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal, obscene, or infringing content. You may only upload photos for which you own the rights or have explicit permission. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload. Videos generated from your photos are yours to use commercially. PropReel retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, delays, or AI generation failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
