We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), photos you upload to generate videos, payment information processed by Paddle (we never see your card details), and usage data such as videos generated and credits used.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments through Paddle, send you transactional emails (video ready notifications, receipts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Photos you upload are stored securely in Supabase Storage and are used solely to generate your videos. Generated videos are stored and accessible only to you via a private signed URL. You may delete your data at any time by contacting us.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and file storage), fal.ai (AI video generation), Paddle (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are retained for 24 hours after video generation. Generated videos are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted unless you download them.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at propreelvideo@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
